About

Built here. Built to travel.

iKoru Health is a practice platform for clinicians. We started in New Zealand because this is where we know the ground, and we built it from day one to work wherever people practise.

Why we started.

The people who deliver care spend a startling share of their working lives serving their software instead of their patients.

Not because anyone chose that. The systems were built for a different decade and have been added to ever since, and every addition made sense on the day it was made.

We started iKoru because that gap is now wide enough to be worth closing properly, and because the tools to close it finally exist.

What we believe

“Technology’s job in healthcare is to give, not take. Everything we recover belongs to the person in the chair.”

That is the fixed point. Our positioning will change, our markets will change, and the product will certainly change. That does not.

New Zealand first, on purpose.

New Zealand’s funding and claiming landscape is specific and unforgiving, and building to it properly is the harder path.

We took it deliberately. A platform that satisfies New Zealand can be adapted outward; a platform built generically cannot be retro-fitted inward. Home base, first proof, and a real test.

Who we are.

A small team: clinical leadership, engineering and commercial, working alongside practising clinicians. We will introduce ourselves properly at launch.
